Payments and bookings:
Generally a deposit of £200 is required for a half day charter or evening charter. £400 for a day charter.
Balance is due on the day by card payment, cash or cleared bank transfer.
Weather:
If the weather conditions are not suitable on the day to operate the charter booked, we will endeavour to change agenda and if necessary offer an alternative dates or refund.
Food and Drink:
Clients are welcome to bring picnic type food onboard, including alcohol in sensible quantities at the discretion of Superhawk Marine. Catering options are available. Options to eat ashore are available on day charters.
Children onboard:
Children of all ages are welcome under the supervision of parents. Children’s lifejackets are supplied.
Clothing and Swimwear:
Clients should wear suitable clothing for changeable weather conditions on the day. Clean, non-slip light coloured flat non-marking soles should be worn onboard. Please bring your own bathing towels should you wish to swim.
